Chuck Vollmer is a Torch-Networks managing partner with over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality technology industry. He is an alumnus from the University of Florida and immediately began his career in installation for Encore and Springer-Miller PMS systems. 

He furthered his career in IT management and sales with Sonesta Hotels, StayOnline/ LodgeNet, Guest-Tek, and Cloud 5. In 2017, Chuck left the vendor side and joined Centralis IT Solutions as a consultant specializing in systems integration and support services for new construction and existing properties, including group portfolio management. Outside of work, he enjoys visiting his family in California with his wife, and daughter.

 David Taylor is a Managing Partner at Torch-Networks, where he leads strategic planning, secure IT, network infrastructure deployment, and customer engagement. David has a strong background in the insurance industry, enabling him to bring valuable experience in risk management, information security, and client satisfaction to his role. His balanced approach to leadership makes him a driving force in the success and culture of Torch-Networks'
In addition to his professional work, David is committed to giving back through community service and philanthropy. 

He actively volunteers as a youth sports coach and supports local educational programs focusing on youth development in the area of technology education.
Outside of work, David enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
