Chuck Vollmer is a managing partner with over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality technology industry. He is an alumnus from the University of Florida and immediately began his career in installation for Encore and Springer-Miller PMS systems. 

He furthered his career in IT management and sales with Sonesta Hotels, StayOnline/ LodgeNet, Guest-Tek, and Cloud 5. In 2017, Chuck left the vendor side and joined Centralis IT Solutions as a consultant specializing in systems integration and support services for new construction and existing properties, including group portfolio management. 

Chuck brings a unique approach to the meaning of a positive work ethic and transparency in workplace communication. His patience and belief in a fair and transparent work environment are evident in the success of Torch Networks.

Chuck loves to travel with his family and enjoys visiting his family in California with his wife and daughter.

 David Taylor is a Managing Partner who leads in strategic planning, secure IT, network infrastructure deployment, and customer engagement. David has a strong background in the insurance industry, enabling him to bring valuable experience in risk management, information security, and client satisfaction to his role. 

His balanced approach to leadership makes him a driving force in the success and culture of Torch Networks. 

In addition to his professional work, David is committed to giving back through community service and philanthropy. 

He actively volunteers as a youth sports coach and supports local educational programs that focus on youth development in the area of technology education.

David's unwavering commitment to Torch Networks is exemplified by his leadership and dedication to education.

David enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
